All prices include round tables, black chair covers, table cloths, waiters, cutlery, crookery, glasses, use of the big screen and sound system as well as a portable mike.

10% waiter gratuity added to the final invoices.

Minimum spend in the event hall – R6000 on final invoices.

Minim spend on the outside deck is R2500, less 30% of the event menu prices and 10% off the restaurant menu prices.

Should you wish to have white linen and table cloths as well as silver under plates with centrepieces for your event, please add additional R50pp.

Venue times open for décor on the day from 09:00 am. 

Event is paid for 5 hours, thereafter a surcharge of R50pp per hour is is required. This will be agreed on prior to the event final invoices.

Food severing times: 08:30 am to 10:00 am for breakfast, lunch 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm and dinners 06:00 pm to 08:00 pm. 

Bar closes 11:00 pm, venue closes 11:30 pm. No guests allowed on premises by midnight.

Please pre-book UBER for after 10:00 pm as they struggle to get driver in sometimes.

We require a guest list prior to the event for security. We will send you a code for your guests at the gate.

To book a date, a non-refundable deposit is required on minimum spend per venue required. Bank details are on invoices. Please use references number and send POP to catering@jackalcreek.co.za to credit your account.

Please bring your own cake and snacks to add such as nuts, billtong and cheese platters. 

However strictly all beverages are to be purchased from the bar menu as a cash / credit card bar – no corkage available.
