Meetings and Conferences

The meeting room is a space perfect for smaller meetings, breakout groups, business seminars and workshops. This room offers 8 round table seating, 10 people per table, for a total of 80 guests. The room also offers a coffee and tea station which includes a big screen, sound and a portable microphone. There is a lounge area available outside.

Private Get-Together Friends & Family

Whether you’re hosting a small meeting with your family or friends, or throwing a much larger party, we have the perfect venue for you. Our private event spaces are perfect for any occasion. Minimum 30 – 120 guests.

Formal Friends And Family

Start off your guests day on the right foot with a Welcome Drink. Once they’re ready to eat, serve them the Plated Starter before they move onto the Main Course with two different meat dishes and vegetable salad. To finish off their meal, a plated dessert with tea and coffee. Minimum 40 – 120 guests.

Relaxed Party

After the great success of our relaxed party menu, we have introduced the option for custom menu options. This will give you the flexibility to choose between two options. This is perfect for you if it’s a small group of friends or family that you’re hosting a dinner party for. We’ve also included some vegetarian selections in case your guests have dietary restrictions or preferences.

Spit Braai

The traditional spit braai is a popular option for many parties. Minimum 25 – 120 guests.

Platter for 10 Guests

The perfect platter for your next event. Whether you’re hosting a party or just an intimate dinner, our platters are the perfect way to serve up a variety of tasty dishes and satisfy everyone’s tastes.

Cocktail Dinners

Planning a cocktail dinner for 40 – 150 guests? We have all you need to make the evening go smoothly. From the drinks, to the food, we have it all. Add a glass of champagne as a welcome drink – R150pp.

Beer Garden Events

Here at the Deck, we specialize in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for your event. We offer a wide range of catering options, as well as catering packages to suit any budget. Discounts do not apply to this menu option. Minimum 10 – 70 guests.

Self-Catering Events

Self-catering venues are the perfect solution for a wide range of events. Self-catering venues have been on the rise due to their affordability and flexibility. Whether you’re hosting a private dinner party, organising an exhibition, or planning a conference; self-catering venues provide services and ample space to run your event.

Booking Conditions

Function will only be confirmed as booked on final invoices when a non-refundable deposit is paid. The balances of invoice have to be settled 48 hours before event date.

Your account will only be credited once proof of payment has been received catering@jackalcreek.co.za.

All prices include round tables, black chair covers, table cloths, waiters, cutlery, crookery, glasses, use of the big screen and sound system as well as a portable mike.

10% Waiter gratuity added to the final invoices.

Minimum spend in the event hall – R6000 and minimum spend on the outside deck is R3000.

Should you wish to have white linen and table cloths as well as silver under plates with centrepieces for your event, this is charged as an extra cost on invoices.

All décor and DJ are for your account, please note that all additional event hiring equipment and any breakages or loss is for your account. Clubhouse staff will not remove any of this items from the function area.

Venue times open for décor on the day from 09:00 am.

Event is booked for 5 hours, thereafter a surcharge of R50pp per hour is required. This will be agreed on prior to the event final invoices.

Food serving times: 08:30 am to 10:00 am for breakfast, lunch 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm and dinners 06:00 pm to 08:00 pm.

Bar closes 11:00 pm, venue closes 11:30 pm. No guests allowed on premises after midnight.

Please pre-book UBER for after 10:00 pm as they struggle to get driver in sometimes.

We require a guest list prior to the event for security. We will then send you a code for your guests to use at the estate main gate.

Please bring your own cake and snacks to add such as nuts, billtong and cheese platters.

However strictly all beverages are to be purchased from the bar menu as a cash / credit card bar – no corkage available.
